Please note that ground shipments typically take 3–7 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and day of order). Orders placed after 9 am EST on Wednesdays won’t ship until the following week. Delivery dates may be impacted by extreme weather or high volume, and we’re currently unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii due to delays.
Once submitted, orders cannot be altered or canceled—please confirm your address, recipient info, and ship date before placing your order. Ground dates are estimates; you’ll receive a follow-up email with tracking and the confirmed delivery date.
Meals are chef-prepared, cooked, packaged, and frozen as soon as you order to ensure peak freshness. We use insulated packaging (reusable coolers or recyclable cardboard) and strict ship-by-weekend timetables so your meals arrive frozen and delicious.
